Project Profile: Henry J. Daly Building

Renovate the historic MPD Headquarters for the use of MPD, DOC, and other District agencies and provide operations and maintenance of the building under a long-term performance based contract.

Project Profile: D.C. Smart Street Lighting

Convert the District's 75,000 streetlights to LED and provide asset management to the entire streetlight network under a long-term performance based contract

Project Profile: Digital Kiosks

Identify a private-sector partner to install interactive, informational kiosks at selected DPR facilities, and select BID locations through a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain (DBFOM) procurement.
